Durham Futures is a collective partnership aimed at connecting at-risk youth to resources they need to achieve meaningful education and employment by age 25.
While Durham’s economy produces thousands of good-paying jobs each year, as many as one in four of our young people are not prepared to compete for them.
We advocate for and connect organizations that provide social support to students and disengaged youth.
Together, we are working to develop an equitable education-to-career pipeline to ensure all of Durham’s youth can benefit from our growing economy.
